Stock on every vessel, prices at the next port, and a smart forecasting tool. All in one place.
Our anchor.
Lubelink was founded in Limassol, Cyprus, as an offshoot of the Kaeline Group, a leading global marine lubricant reseller.
Our mission was clear and simple: we wanted to put buyers in full control of the procurement process through an easy-to-use, end-to-end platform.
Built by people with decades of maritime experience, Lubelink simplifies a complex, fragmented, and often inefficient workflow, and combines that with Kaeline's sourcing and operational expertise to create real value.
On board with us.

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

Questions.
Is Lubelink independent of the supplier?
No. Kaeline Group owns the platform and sells the lubricants quoted on it. That is the arrangement, which is why the product is built around the delivery date rather than the price.
Do we have to move off our approved grades?
No. MAN Energy Solutions issues Category II No Objection Letters per formulation and engine series. Lubelink shows that status on every grade it quotes, so an unapproved oil never reaches an order.
Do our suppliers have to sign up?
Nothing changes for them. A supplier receives the inquiry, confirms availability, suggests an equivalent product where the exact grade is short, and returns a price per litre with any delivery fee.
Suppliers pay Lubelink nothing and keep their own customers and terms.
Is this software we run, or a service you run?
Either. Under the independent model your own people are the operators and supervisors. Under the fully managed model a Lubelink operator holds the account, prepares the inquiries and follows the suppliers up.
Most of the value in the first year is in the managed model, because the work being removed is the chasing.
How much of this is automated today?
Less than the category usually claims. Noon reports and RFQs still move by email on some accounts, and an operator enters them. Integration with AMOS and similar ship-management systems is built but not yet live everywhere.
This is managed procurement with software behind it, by choice: the platforms in this category that ran as pure software left the chasing with the customer.
How does Lubelink make money?
A monthly subscription per vessel, charged to the company buying the lubricants. Kaeline also earns its margin on the oil, as it does today without any platform. Suppliers pay nothing.
Who actually pays for the lubricants?
Under the standard NYPE 2015 form the owner provides and pays for lubricating oil, while bunkers sit with the charterer. Managers buy against the owner's budget. So the platform is built for the desk doing the work, not for the party holding the invoice.
Where does our noon report data go?
We need your confirmation to answer this. Noon reports show where a fleet is and what it burns, and a CIO will ask what separates that data from the trading desk.
Please confirm whether a contractual firewall exists between the platform and Kaeline's trading side, and we will state it here exactly as it stands.
